2026 Summer Camp

We offer a 5-day hands-on baking class for kids aged 7-13. Classes take place from 9-12 pm, at our bakery in Mamaroneck, and are led by Chef Carolina.​

Minimum of 6 kids in each class and a maximum of 8.

Our Summer Camp Program:
Day 1: Chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies
Day 2: Royal icing and sugar cookies decoration
Day 3: Mini cakes, cake icing, and cake decoration
Day 4: Sfiha (Empanada-like snack)
Day 5: Cheese bread and brigadeiro

Price: $350/kid/week​

In the case of a class with fewer than 6 kids, we will try to accommodate your kid in another class; if that's not possible, we will cancel the camp at least 4 days before the 1st day of class.

Payment & refund: 
Full payment is made once the class is booked. Classes are 100% refundable only if canceled up to 5 days prior to the 1st day of class.
