Our New Partneship

We are delighted to announce our new partnership with the esteemed Chef Adriana Stein. With a background in Chemical Engineering and a successful career at Citibank and JP Morgan, Adriana made a remarkable transition to the culinary world, driven by her passion for the artistry of cuisine.

Chef Adriana pursued postgraduate studies in Culinary and Baking and Pastry Arts, and she has authored the book "Risottos: Recipes and Techniques." Additionally, she shares her culinary insights through a weekly food column in a Brazilian newspaper.

At Boleria, Chef Adriana brings her dedication to high-quality, flavorful, and visually stunning creations. Experience her savory masterpieces, including Chicken Pie, Heart of Palm Pie, Brie & Apricot Quiche, and a variety of Sfihas (Beef, Chicken, Spinach & Feta, Cheese, and Caponata).

Boleria Brazilian Bakery is a cozy place with great food located in Westchester County, NY. Its contemporary and welcoming ambiance is great for enjoying this culinary experience.
