The Space & Pricing
Looking for a cozy, welcoming space for your group? Our private room at the Mamaroneck bakery is ready for classes, workshops, book clubs, showers, birthdays, and small gatherings, with fresh Brazilian treats and coffee right next door.
THE SPACE
• 14 guests seated around one large table
• About 20 guests seated as an audience (great for classes and talks)
• 30-40 guests standing (perfect for receptions and mingling)
PRICING
Each booking covers a block of up to 4 hours, available during our store hours, 9 am to 5 pm, seven days a week.
• Single booking: $50 cleaning fee + $100 food & drink minimum
• 4 consecutive bookings: $50 cleaning fee + $75 food & drink minimum, per booking
• 5 or more consecutive bookings: $50 cleaning fee + $50 food & drink minimum, per booking
The $50 cleaning fee is charged on the day of your event, for each booking. It is never charged if you cancel.
The food & drink minimum is spent at Boleria on your choice of coffee, juices, cheese bread, savory snacks, sweets, and more. Ask us about platters for your group!
Please note: outside food and beverages are not permitted.
How to Book
1. Email us at info@boleriany.com with your preferred date, time, number of guests, and type of event.
2. We'll confirm availability.
3. Reserve your date with a $50 deposit by Zelle or by credit card over the phone. Your deposit goes toward your food & drink minimum.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Refunds apply to your $50 deposit:
• 3 or more days before the event: 100% refund
• 1-2 days before the event: 50% refund
• Same day: non-refundable
• Date changes are welcome up to 2 days before your event.
